Facilities Maintenance

Duncan Contracts offer extremely high levels of service standards that are required by the Facilities Management market.

We identified that certain areas of service were not fulfilled within the Facilities Management sector and we have captured the work ethos gained and applied it to providing an unprecedented level of attention and service to set itself above and apart from other FM providers.

Working directly with the client, agent or representative and listening to their whole needs and requirements. Duncan Contracts build bespoke Reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance work programmes that are specifically suited to the individual client requirements. These programmes are all designed specifically to save money and repeated trips to problematic sites, and are backed up and supported by an extraordinarily high level of Health and Safety that we pride ourselves on.

We understand that managing a single small unit through to a multi property portfolio can be fraught with a potential minefield of many types of regulatory problems and issues. We remove this instantaneously either by direct approach or working directly with Managing Agents by providing a fully commercially qualified service of all hard facility trades who are further trained not to hinder tenants whilst undertaking work disciplines, aiding a seamless, quiet and immaculate attendance.
