Landlords Maintenance
Our landlord maintenance service is our way of making a landlords life a whole lot easier. There are no monthly payments and it is not an insurance policy.
How it works:
- Add your properties to our database.
- We send your tenant an information pack containing details of what to do if any maintenance is required.
- If there is an emergency repair needed, you will be informed immediately and the repair will be fixed quickly if you approve.
- If the repair is not an emergency, we will assess what is required and promptly let you know.
- When you are happy for the work to commence, we will arrange a suitable time with the tenant for the work to be completed.
- We will inform you when the work is completed.
Why use our service?
- Firstly it's free, you only pay for the work that you approve.
- It's very quick, we don't have to give notice to enter the property, we obtain permission direct from the tenant or yourself if you'd prefer
- It is less hassle for you, we will assess a repair and give you our honest opinion on the work required.
- You only pay for necessary work. You don't pay for assessments or quotations.
