Subsidence Repairs



The maintenance team work with customers in planning an agreed schedule of maintenance, tailored to suit customer needs and regularity. This could be bi-monthly, quarterly, half yearly or annually.


You may wish, for example, planned visits to your sites to include overhauling toilets, taps and check all plumbing. We can also test doors, windows and check your light sockets including any security requirements. If there is anything you need us to look at prior to our planned visit, let us know and we will make sure that the operative is aware.


The most cost effective method of maintaining the performance of a building is to implement a planned maintenance programme. Duncan Contracts planned maintenance programmes are designed to ensure that any potential problems are dealt with before a crisis occurs, ensuring customers benefit from cost savings by reducing the number of reactive call outs.


One of the key benefits of planned maintenance for the commercial market is the ability to schedule works out of hours and again minimise disruption to your business.


Duncan Contracts supply skilled, multi trade and specialist operatives to ensure that your planned maintenance programme will be completed on time and within the agreed budget.


We also offer a cyclical external guttering programme which includes twice yearly visits to clear and clean guttering of seasonal debris.


A report is generated after each planned visit, highlighting works carried out and if required, readings from any on site meters.
